- 100 grams Butter
- 1 package marshmallows, 250g
- 170 grams evaporated milk, 2/3 cup
- 1 package thickened cream, 300ml

Recipe's preparation
Line a square slice tray with baking paper (stick down with spray oil)
Weigh butter in "Closed lid" and melt for 3 minutes/50 deg/speed 4
Add biscuits and blend on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Press mixture into lined slice tin and refridgerate
Rinse bowl, lid and dry
Add marshmallows and evaporated milk to "Closed lid" and melt 4 minutes/70 deg/speed 2. Pour into a bowl and set aside to cool
Rinse bowl, lid and dry
Insert butterfly and beat thickened cream on speed 3-4 until soft peaks form. Fold cream into marshmallow mixture
Pour mixture over base and refridgerate until set. Cut into squares when set!
