  • 1 package Choc Ripple Biscuits, 250g
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 package marshmallows, 250g
  • 170 grams evaporated milk, 2/3 cup
  • 1 package thickened cream, 300ml

Recipe's preparation

    Marshmallow Slice
  1. Line a square slice tray with baking paper (stick down with spray oil)

  2. Weigh butter in Closed lid and melt for 3 minutes/50 deg/speed 4

  3. Add biscuits and blend on speed 8 for 10 seconds. Press mixture into lined slice tin and refridgerate

  4. Rinse bowl, lid and dry

  5. Add marshmallows and evaporated milk to Closed lid and melt 4 minutes/70 deg/speed 2. Pour into a bowl and set aside to cool

  6. Rinse bowl, lid and dry

  7. Insert butterfly and beat thickened cream on speed 3-4 until soft peaks form. Fold cream into marshmallow mixture

  8. Pour mixture over base and refridgerate until set. Cut into squares when set!
