If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c
Grease a baking tin
Place all ingredients into TM bowl
Combine on turbo until crumbly
Roll into small balls, space evenly apart leaving a little bit of room to spread
Flatten with a fork
Bake for 10-15 mins
Allow to cool
Can be served as is, or sandwiched with a lemon buttercream

Tip
If too dry, add butter until it is easily formed into a ball
If they spread too much, you have used too much butter
