      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add in 200g Milo cereal to bowl crush 2 seconds/spd 9 MC on. transfer to bowl & set aside.
  2. Add in 80g Coconut oil & 140g honey. Melt 1min/50deg/speed 3. MC on
  3. Add Milo cereal back into bowl with oil & honey. Mix 30sec/speed 2/rev. Prolong time if needed until all combined.
  4. Add mixture into silicone mini loaf pan. Press mixture down with metal spoon. Mixture should make 12 portions.
  5. Clean & dry Thermomix bowl
  6. Add 150g chocolate melts. Grate 10sec/speed 8. scrape down sides
  7. Scape down sides. Melt chocolate 2 minutes/50deg/spd 3. drizzle chocolate over milo bars.
  8. Put milo bars into the fridge for 2-4hrs to set. Can be kept in a airtight container for 1-2 weeks.

Can be made in a 28cm x 18cm tin & cut to preferred size. To make vegan sub honey for agave nectar & chocolate for vegan chocolate.
