If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 190 degrees and line tins with patty cases.
1) Place almonds in "Closed lid" and mill 5 secs/sp7. Set aside.
2) Place bananas in "Closed lid" and mash 3 secs/sp5.
3) Add all remaining ingredients including the milled almonds and mix for 20 secs/sp5.
4) Spoon into patty cakes and cook for approx 15-20 mins depending on your oven.
