  • 70 g Inca berries
  • 30 g chia seeds
  • 30 g Flax seeds
  • 100 g dried cherries
  • 50 g Shredded coconut
  • 50 g rice puffs
  • 170 g unsalted butter
  • 100 g golden syrup
  • 100 g sugar
  • 350 g rolled oats
  • 50 g Wholemeal Self Raising Flour
  • 70 g choc chips

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Muesli Bars
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees celcius and line a slice tray with baking paper

    2. Place butter, syrup and sugar into TMX bowl 5 min / 60 degrees celcius/speed 2

    3. Add all remaining ingredients

    4. Dough mode/4mins

    5. Pour mixture into slice tray and spread evenly and press firmly with wet hands.

    6. Bake in a preheated oven for 20 min or until golden on the top

    7. Let cool for 10mins and then remove from tin,

    8. Slice whilst warm and then let cool fully
