Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl! -

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Add butter and sugar to mixing bowl. Mix 1 min 30 sec on speed 3.5, MC on.
- Add condensed milk and flour. Mix 20 seconds speed 3.5, MC on. Scrape down sides.
- Add choc chips. Mix 30 seconds, reverse, speed 1.
- Roll into balls (approx 2 teaspoons of mix per ball) and place onto prepared baking trays. Lightly press down with a fork.
- Bake 15-20 mins until lightly golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

Tip
This recipe was passed down from my Nan (who we call Nano). As children we would always eat more of the mixture than what made it into biscuits. The best choc chip biscuits ever.
