      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Nan's Little Kisses
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 170C
    2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
    3. Add butter and sugar to the bowl and mix 30 sec, Sp 4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl
    4. Mix again, 30 sec, Sp 4
    5. Add eggs. Mix 10 sec, Sp 3
    6. Add remianing ingredients and mix 20 sec, Sp 3
    7. Scrape down sides and mix again 10 sec, Sp 3. Dough will resemble bread crumbs
    8. Roll Tbsp size balls and place on the tray, leaving room to spread (should make 30 biscuits)
    9. Bake for 15 minutes at 170C. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
    10. When completely cool, sandwich together with jam of choice
