Never Fail Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients

Dough

  • 125 g Butter
  • 1/2 Cup White or raw sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 3/4 Cup SR flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 125 g choc chips

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.

    Add butter (chopped), sugars and vanilla and cream, speed 5, 10-15 seconds.

    Add egg, flour and salt, mix speed 5, 30 seconds, scape down sides and mix speed 5 30 seconds if required.

    Add choc chips and mix speed 3 Counter-clockwise operation, 15-30 seconds.

    Roll into little tsp sized balls, and place on tray lined with baking paper, ensuring spread room.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Tip

I usually use more choc chips than listed here, it can only make them better right?

    It would be better to have weights (grams) for the sugar, flour and choc chips. I had to dig out the measuring cups to my dismay.
