If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1 - Weigh 150gms of Eskimo lollies, remove and manually chop in small pieces and set aside.
2 - Add whole packet of malt biscuits, crush 5 seconds reverse speed 5. Set aside with eskimo lollies.
3 - Weigh in 115gms Butter, add tin of condened milk and melt. 3 mins, 100 degrees, speed 2.
4 - Add lolly / biscuit mixture into bowl with condensed milk and butter. Mix together 30 seconds, reverse speed 3. Repeat if necessary.
5 - line Thermomat or Cling Wrap with desciated coconut, place cake mixture on mat or cling wrap, create a log and ensure its covered in coconut.
6 - Place in fridge until firm.

Tip
Instead of Eskimo lollies, i used fruit sticks from Kmart. Eskimo lollies can be quite hard to find.
