  • 100 gram coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 180 grams honey
  • 60 grams Coconut sugar
  • 50 grams cacoa powder
  • 360 grams rolled oats
  • 70 grams Shredded coconut

  • 50 grams flaxseeds

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add coconut oil to mixing bowl melt 1-2 mins, 80 degrees speed 0.5
    Add Vanilla Essence, Honey, Coconut sugar and cacoa mix 30 secs speed 3
    Add rolled oats, shredded coconut, chia seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower kernals, pumpkin seeds and pinch of salt knead for 1 min 30 secs or until all combined.

    Bake in 180 degree oven 15 mins stir and bake for a further 10-15 mins and leave to cool on the tray. Store in an air tight container.
