Nuttella Buttercream



175 g

Nuttella Buttercream

  • 175 g unsalted butter, softened and cut into pieces (2cm)
  • 175 g icing sugar
  • 350 g Nutella, room temperature
  • 1 dashes Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place sugar and butter into mixing bowl and mix 10 sec / speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  2. Add nutella and mix 5 sec / speed 6. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl with spatula.
  3. Insert butterfly whisk. Add milk and mix 2 min / speed 3. check consistency of the icing. add 1/2 tsp of milk if required and repeat step 3.
  4. Remove butterfly whisk. transfer into bowl or piping bag and set aside until ready to use.

You can make your own Hazelnut spread, recipe on cookidoo. Ensure spread is very smooth if using in this recipe

If making ahead of time this recipe can be store in the fridge overnight. Bring back to room temperature prior to use.
