Oat, Pecan & Chocolate Biscuits
- 115 g Butter, Softened, cut in cubes
- 115 g Soft brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 200 g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinches salt
- 100 g rolled oats
- 100 g Chocolate Drops
- 110 g pecans, chopped in chunky pieces

Recipe's preparation
- Add butter and sugar and mix 10sec/spd 5 - scrape down sides
Mix 10sec / spd 5 - scrape down sides
Mix 10sec / spd 5 - scrape down sides - 20 sec / spd 3.5 - add eggs 1 at a time, milk and vanilla essence
scrape down sides - Add flour, baking powder and salt
Mix 7 sec / spd 3.5 - Add rolled oats, chocolate drops and pecans
Mix 7 sec / spd 3.5 - Chill dough in fridge for 1hr
Preheat oven to 180°C
Wet hands and roll spoonfuls of dough and place on baking mat spaced apart.
For rustic biscuits: place spoonfuls of dough on baking mat spaced apart
Bake 10-12 mins until golden.
Leave on tray to cool for 5 mins then transfer to a cooling rack.
