- 2 oranges, with skin on
- 3 eggs
- 215 grams raw sugar or rapadura sugar
- 300 grams almonds
- 1 teaspoon Organic baking powder (gluten free)

Recipe is created for
Fill TM bowl with 1000g water, insert basket and add whole oranges
cook at varoma temperature for 30mins speed 4
Remove basket and allow oranges to cool
Preheat oven to 180 and prepare tin or Muffin tray
Wash and dry TM bowl add Almonds and Mill 1min speed 9
Quarter and add whole oranges, eggs,sugar and baking powder mix 1min speed 4
Pour into tin and cook untill skewer comes out clean (30 to 40 mins)(20 to 25mins for muffin size)
Turn out of tin and allow to cool
Serve topped with pistachio praline and a dollop of spiced yoghurt
Accessories you need
Spiced yoghurt ... Mix 1/2 teaspoon of each (cinnamon, cardamom and nutmeg  into 2 cups of Vanilla yoghurt
(soy yoghurt for Dairy free option)
Toffee.... Boil in saucepan to hard crack stage (1 cup white sugar, 1tablespoon of vinegar and 1/3 cup water) and pour over 1 cup of shelled pistachio nuts
When set break up and sprinkle over cake
