      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    oranges
  1. put 1 litre of water in the bowl insert the basket then add the orange. 

    Boil 60mins 100 degrees speed 2. MC on. 

    once time is up tip the water out and purée the oranges speed 5 20 seconds or until smooth. Pop in the fridge to cool 

  2. Pre heat oven to 150 degree. Grease and line a 20cm tin

    once the oranges are cool add all ingredients to bowl. 

    Mix 10 secs speed 5 or until all ingredients are mixed through. MC on.

    Add to tin and cook for 40 mins or until cake springs back when touched. 

    Sereve warm dusted with icing sugar and double cream

    Made this for a friend who is gluten and dairy free. She loved it and so did all the other non-allergic people I served it to after! Very simple and easy to make. Well done thanks for sharing.
