- 250 grams almond meal
- 6 eggs

put 1 litre of water in the bowl insert the basket then add the orange.
Boil 60mins 100 degrees speed 2. MC on.
once time is up tip the water out and purée the oranges speed 5 20 seconds or until smooth. Pop in the fridge to cool
Pre heat oven to 150 degree. Grease and line a 20cm tin
once the oranges are cool add all ingredients to bowl.
Mix 10 secs speed 5 or until all ingredients are mixed through. MC on.
Add to tin and cook for 40 mins or until cake springs back when touched.
Sereve warm dusted with icing sugar and double cream
This is a beautiful moist cake. Can also be served cold.
