  • 150 g Butter, softened
  • 130 g brown sugar
  • 1 orange, zest
  • 1 orange, juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate, roughly chopped

    Orange and chocolate blondie
  1. Step 1 - preheat oven too 170C (fan forced), Line a small baking dish 20x20cm with paping paper

    Step 2 - Melt butter 2 mins 60C speed 2

    Step 3 - Add 130g brown sugar, orange zest an juice, mix 10sec speed 3

    Step 4 - add 2 eggs, mix 10sec speed 4

    Step 5 - add 150g flour and 1 tsp baking powder, mix 10sec speed 4

    Step 6 - add 100g chopped chocolate 5sec reverse speed 3

    step 7 - Bake pour batter into tin, bake for 18-22 mins or until lightly golden

    step 8 - allow to cool, dust with icing sugar
