    Delicious cake.
I am not a great cake eater.
Due to virus have been cooking cakes and freezing them for when my sweet tooth checks in, or when I have visitors.
This cake is great and will definitely cook again.
    Highly recommend this recipe

Mine are in the oven as I write this comment. Used zest and juice of 1 lemon as I have plenty of Lemons, also had some caramelised pear yoghurt that needed using. So can't wait for the taste test. Could well end up at work tomorrow for morning tea.

I made this today and used a blood orange.  I milled the sugar then threw in the quartered Blood Orange. Start back at step 3.  I also used coconut oil instead of Grapeseed Oil. I used an 18cm square cake tine and had to cook for 10 mins longer.  Looks pink rather than orange but tastes great and is still very moist.
