- 115 grams walnut pieces
- 125 grams Ghee
- 1 egg
- 135 grams medjool dates (pitted), chopped
- 70 grams Coconut sugar
- 200 grams almond meal

Preheat oven to 180, grease and line a 20cm x 30cm slice tin.
Add ghee and sugar to , 6min, 50 degrees, speed 1.5. Allow to cool slightly.
Add egg, dates, walnut pieces and almond meal, 20 seconds, speed 1.5, then 20 seconds, speed 2.
Lightly press into prepared tin and bake 25-30 mins. allow to cool in tin before cutting.
Accessories you need
You can substitute the ghee with coconut oil.
