Paleo Honey Nut Bar

Ingredients;

  • 130 g Cashews raw
  • 40 g Almonds raw
  • 40 g pecan nuts
  • 30 g Pepita Seeds
  • 20 g sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Exract
  • 150 g Raw Honey

Recipe's preparation

    So easy just,
  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees.

    Put nuts in bowl & mix speed 5 for 5 seconds. 

    Then add remaining ingredients Counter-clockwise operation speed 3 for 5 seconds or until combined. 

    Pour into a lined baking tray 20x28cm , pressing with the back of spatular (it's a bit tricky but don't worry if you dont get it perfect as the oven will help it spread) & bake for 20mins.

    Once completely cool, cut into squares. Store in the refrigerator between grease proof paper.

Tip

This is so tasty! Store this between baking paper in the fridge in the vegetable cooler (this way only you know it's there & your partner or kids wont eat it all while your sleeping)

    This is a super easy recipe. I think you could pretty much substitute whatever nuts and seeds you like or have lying around in the pantry. Very tasty, even the fussy eater loves it.

    My kids think this is the best snack ever! I use regular honey in mine and they taste very similar to Be Natural Nut Delight bars (only sticker).
