Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 170C and grease two baking trays to set aside.
2. Add butter, raw sugar, soft brown sugar, vanilla extract, egg, plain flour, bicarbonate of soda and salt into mixing bowl then mix 30sec/speed 5
3. Add M&Ms and mix 20sec/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3
4. Shape into balls and flatten onto greased baking trays -allow room for spread
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes until slightly soft and golden
6. Allow to cool for 5 mins then transfer onto wire wrack to cool completely - or enjoy while warm
7. Store in an airtight container
