Recipe's preparation
- Place 240g Butter into the Thermomix bowl. Set time for
2min/speed 3 measuring cup on. - Add 300g icing sugar. 1 min/speed 2. Measuring cup on
- Add Butteryfly to bowl. Add 300g icing sugar. 1 min/speed 3.5. Measuring cup on
- Add half the milk 1 min/speed 4. Add colouring at this stage if desired.
- Add remaining milk if remaining milk if needed. 1 min/speed 4

Tip
You may not require all the milk depending on the ambient temperature, butter softness and colouring added.
