Piper's Gluten Free Vanilla Cupcakes

  • 200g caster sugar
  • 200g unsalted butter cubed
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g Ogran GF SR flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees and place paper cases into muffin tray.
  2. Cream sugar and butter for 15 seconds, speed 5.
  3. Add eggs, flour, salt and vanilla and mix 15 seconds, speed 5. Scrape down sides with spatula and repeat.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
