If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 160 degrees.
Chop pistaschios for 5 sec/speed 5 (or until at the consistency you like).
Put butter, caster sugar, brown sugar, egg and vanilla bean paste in the mixing bowl. Mix for 2 min/speed 3.
Add SR Flour, Plain Flour and baking powder. Mix for 1 min/Speed 4.
*Dough should hold when pressed firmly together. If needed add extra flour.
Remove dough from thermomix and hand knead through pistachios and white chocoate chips. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet. Squash balls with a fork. Cook in oven for approximately 8 minutes.
