If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place all ingredients in thermomix bowl and blitz for 1min/speed 8
Place all ingredients into thermomix bowl and blitz for 1minute/speed 8
pour on top of base and smooth out. Place back in freezer for 1 hour to firm up
place 150g chocolate in thermomix bowl, 4sec/speed 8. Scrap down side and 2mins/50•/speed 2. Stir with spatula and cook for 2mins/50•/speed 2.
add the rest 50g chocolate and combine 1min/speed 2 (no temp needed). Pour into slice and place back in freezer for 1 hour.
slice into pieces and serve straight away, best kept in fridge or freezer.

Easy to make & tastes great! I ended up just leaving it sliced up in the freezer as I was not sure how set it would stay on the fridge?
