If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1, preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius. line a small muffin tin with 12 paper cases.
2. place dates in bowl adding 1 1/2 tablespoons of boiling water, stand for 1-2 minutes. add bicarbonate speed 8 for 40 secs to mash. whisk in egg and banana until combined sift flour and cocoa over egg mixture. stir until combined
3. spoon 1/2 tbls of batter into paper cases. add 1 teaspoon of nutvia cover with remaining batter. bake for 15 minutes or until golden and spring back from a light touch
