If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Chop nuts for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add seeds and chia seeds and dry roast for 5 minutes, 120 degrees, speed 1 "Counter-clockwise operation" . Add rice malt syrup and salt and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4 "Counter-clockwise operation" . Line square cake tin (20x20) with baking paper and evenly place mixture in it. Bake for 25 minutes and leave to cool before slicing.
