    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 150 degrees. Chop nuts for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add seeds and chia seeds and dry roast for 5 minutes, 120 degrees, speed 1 Counter-clockwise operation. Add rice malt syrup and salt and mix for 5 seconds on speed 4 Counter-clockwise operation. Line square cake tin (20x20) with baking paper and evenly place mixture in it. Bake for 25 minutes and leave to cool before slicing.
