- 0.25 cup Coconut butter
- 0.5 cup Coconut sugar
- 0.75 cup Honey or Maple Syrup
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 2 cups oats
- 3 level tbsp Coconut Flour
- 0.5 cup dessicated coconut, Or shredded
- 0.25 cup Raisins/ cranberries
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
- 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
- 0.5 cup sesame seeds
- 2 level tbsp chia seeds

Recipe's preparation
- Melt oil, butter, sugar, honey and salt over a low temperature for 3 mins. remove from heat.
add to rest of ingredients.
spread into tin and flatten top.
bake 2.0-30 mins at 160 degrees. Check after 15. Remove when edges brown and middle semi soft.
