If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- • Place sugars & butter in
"Closed lid"
• Cream butter & sugar *speed 5 *20 sec
•Add egg into"Closed lid" place lid on *speed 4 *20sec
• Add flour into"Closed lid" place lid on *speed 4 30 sec
•
"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 20 sec
•Add chocolate chips into"Closed lid" lid on *"Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 *10 sec
• Remove mix from bowl and roll into balls
•Press each ball down sightly onto baking tray
•Bake in pre heated oven 180c for 10-15 minutes or until golden
•Allow to cool slightly on tray before transferring onto cooling rack
