Simple Sugar-Free Banana Bread

Ingredients

Batter

  • 60g Butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 60g Coconut Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line a small loaf tin.

     

    Add butter and melt 2 min/60°C/sp 1 (or until melted). Allow to cool slightly.

     

    Add eggs and bananas and process 20 sec/sp 4.

     

    Add remaining ingredients and mix on sp 3 until well combined (20-30 sec).

     

    Pour into prepared tin and bake for 35-40 mins.

Use the same quantities and method for TM5.

The baking time and temperature are based on the original recipe. I use a slightly lower temperature for less time to account for my annoying oven. Adjust according to your own oven.
