- 150 g Butter, chopped
- 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
- 120 g caster sugar
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 125 g plain flour
- 40 g SR flour
- 2 x 50 g Snickers bars
Recipe is created for
Grease and line with baking paper a 3cm deep, 18cm x 28cm slice pan.
Add snickers to bowl. Chop for 1 sec at a time on speed 5 until snickers is chopped in to small pieces. Set aside.
Place butter, chocolate and sugar in to bowl. Set 3min, 80 degrees on speed 1 until chocolate and butter has melted.
Set 3min, no temp and speed 1 to allow time for the chocolate to cool. Preheat oven for 180 degrees.
add the whisked eggs, stir for 5 seconds on speed 1.
add the flours then stir for 10 seconds on speed 3
add the snickers for 5 seconds, "Counter-clockwise operation" on speed 3.
pour mixture in to prepared pan, smooth top, place in oven for 25-28min. Insert skewer in to centre to see if middle is cooked. Allow to cool in pan before cutting in to pieces.
