  • 150 g Butter, chopped
  • 200 g dark chocolate, chopped
  • 120 g caster sugar
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 125 g plain flour
  • 40 g SR flour
  • 2 x 50 g Snickers bars

Recipe's preparation

    Brownie
  1. Grease and line with baking paper a 3cm deep, 18cm x 28cm slice pan.

    Add snickers to bowl. Chop for 1 sec at a time on speed 5 until snickers is chopped in to small pieces. Set aside.

  2. Place butter, chocolate and sugar in to bowl. Set 3min, 80 degrees on speed 1 until chocolate and butter has melted.

  3. Set 3min, no temp and speed 1 to allow time for the chocolate to cool. Preheat oven for 180 degrees.

  4. add the whisked eggs, stir for 5 seconds on speed 1.

  5. add the flours then stir for 10 seconds on speed 3

  6. add the snickers for 5 seconds, Counter-clockwise operation on speed 3.

  7. pour mixture in to prepared pan, smooth top, place in oven for 25-28min. Insert skewer in to centre to see if middle is cooked. Allow to cool in pan before cutting in to pieces.

    Amazing! I ended up just using a big bag of dark choc melts (290grams) just for the sake of not having any leftover. I also used slightly more snickers. Well this recipe is just amazing, I have to hide it from everybody!

    Made a batch Gluten Free with Violet Crumble instead of Snickers. Amazing! Was a big hit at my daughter's Shared Recess! Also made the recipe version for my son's Shared Lunch. Everyone loved it! Considering Turkish Delight for a Rocky Road version.......
