Sugar Free Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 95 grams coconut oil
  • 50 grams coconut milk
  • 70 grams cocoa powder
  • 200 grams agave syrup
  • 9 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 tsp salt, optional
  • 200 grams Coconut Flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the coconut oil in the bowl and heat. 2 minutes,speed 2, 60 degrees

    Add the coconut milk,cocoa powder. Mix speed 3 for 10 seconds then scrape the bowl.

    Add eggs, agave syrup, salt and vanilla. Mix 10 seconds on speed 4.

    Add the coconut flour and baking powder. Mix speed 5 for 15 seconds. 

    Pour into a greased 20 x 20 x 5cm cake tin.

    Bake at 175 degrees for 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Tip

I used a tupperware kuglehoph to cook this in. There was no need to grease a tin. I also have the coconut milk powder from an indian store for small amounts of coconut milk.
