Sweet potato brownies GF

  • 2 roasted sweet potatoes
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 50 g cacao powder
  • 2.5 tablespoon Coconut Flour
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 5 tablespoon Brown Rice Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Paste
  • 10 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil

TOPPING

  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 5 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil

Recipe's preparation


    1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (365 °F), make sure the oven is hot before you put in the brownies in.

    2. Combine all the ingredients together in thermomix.

    3. Once combined, pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    4. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Remove the tin and cool for 5-10 minutes before carefully removing the brownie from the tin.

    5. Make the topping in a small bowl and spread it over the brownies. Then cut into squares and enjoy this taste sensation.
