For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place butter sugar honey & vanilla into bowl
melt at 100° speed 2 5mins MC on.
add remaining ingredients
mix speed 3 45 seconds should be well combined and it should be sticky.
It firms on cooling.
Place dough onto mat.
Let cool slightly - it will be hot!
Preheat oven 180°.
Roll dough to 2mm thickness and use a cookie cutter & place on baking tray. Repeat until dough is used
Bake in oven for 5-8 mins.
Watch them carefully. You want them browned not burnt!
They harden once cooled.
Store in container if they last that long!

Tip
If you want to make honey flavoured just leave out the Cocoa in the above recipe.
