Triple Chocolate Brownies

  • 250 g dark chocolate (50% cocoa)
  • 250 g Butter
  • 225 g caster sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 210 g flour
  • 250 g white chocolate
  • 250 g milk chocolate

Recipe's preparation

    Place the dark chocolate in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 9
  1. Add the butter to the choppe chocolate , melt for 7 mins at 60 deg celcius speed 5
  2. Add caster sugar . Mix for 10secs at speed 5
  3. Add 1 egg at a time while mixing at speed 5. Mix for a further 10 seconds at speed 5 once all eggs are added
  4. Add flour mix for 10 seconds on speed 5
  5. Add chopped white and milk chocolate , mix Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" until evenly distributed
  6. Bake in a tin 30 x 18 cm for 45 - 50 min at 170 deg fan bake
