Triple chocolate muffins

  • 120 g Butter Cubed
  • 500 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 g brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g Milk
  • 130 g chocolate chips
  • 130 g White choclate chips

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Preheat oven 150 degrees.


    2) Line muffin tray with cases ( you can just grease your tray if you wish. )

    3) Add butter to the mixing bowl, place the lid and MC in place and melt 3 minutes 60 degrees speed 1


    4) Add flour, sugar, cocoa, milk and eggs to mixing bowl. With lid and MC in place mix for 20 seconds speed 4.


    5) Add both lots of chocolate chips to the mixing bowl. With lid and MC in place mix for 40 seconds Counter-clockwise operation speed 1.


    6) fill muffin cases 3/4 full ( I get 14 most times )

    7) bake for 25 mins or until cooked this will depend on muffin size and your oven.
