Ingredients

500 g

Vegan Royal Icing

  • 90 grams aquafaba, (Chickpea Liquid)
  • 500 grams icing sugar

Recipe's preparation

  1. Step 1 - I add the aquafaba to the bowl, and add the butterfly and whip for 5 mins on speed 4

    Step 2 - Remove the Butterfly

    Step 3 - Add 250 grams of the icing sugar and mix on speed 5 for 20 seconds

    Step 4 - Add remaining 250 grams of icing sugar and mix on speed 5 for another 20 seconds.

    Step 5 - Seperate into small bowls and add any colouring of choice you want, or store in a container in the fridge until you want to use. (I found this lasted at least a few weeks, in the fridge in a sealed container, no issues, I have also used in assembly of gingerbread houses etc) If you need thicker just add extra icing sugar.
