    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Step 1
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

  2. Place all dry ingredients in the bowl.

  3. Add the oil, water and vanilla.  Mix on speed 4-5 for 5 sec.

  4. Add the vinegar.  Mix on speed 4-5 for 5 sec.

  5. Pour mixture into cupcake moulds and bake for 15mins or until a skewer comes out clean.  Cool thoroughly.

Add 25g raw cacoa powder for a chocolate variation.
