Weetbix slice
- 370 g butter or Nuttlex
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 6 Weetbix
- 2 cups plain flour
- 2 cups dessicated coconut
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 1/2 cups icing sugar
- 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 25 g Butter
- Hot water to mix

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven 180deg.
melt and combine butter, sugar and cocoa 2 min/100 deg/sp1.
Add remaining ingredients and mix together 30 sec/sp5.
Place in a tin lined with baking paper and cook for 15-20mins.
Icing:
once cooled place icing sugar, cocoa powder, butter into bowl. Gradually add hot water through top of bowl until it forms a smooth consistency. Mix 1min/sp2.
Sprinkle with coconut on top.
