      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1: Add white chocolate buttons to bowl, grate 6 seconds speed 6. If your chocolate is room temperature it should resemble a powder. If it's cold, add a second or two.
2: Melt: 3 min, 50 deg, speed 2 then use spatula to scrape down sides and the chocolate still on top of blades, then Melt again: 90 seconds, 50 deg, speed 2.
3: Scrape down bowl, add gently crushed walnuts (fresh ones are soft, so just press them with your hand they will break up) then
On REVERSE :10 seconds, Speed 3
4: I used a soup spoon to measure 12 large portions, placed on a lined tray.*
5: Place tray in refrigerator to set, minimum 10 min**
6: Will last awhile stored in airtight container in a cool place or in the fridge***

    TIPS:
*use a smaller spoon and make 24 bite sized instead
**Chocolate behaves differently dependent on your local weather at the time, if these times do not work for you where you are, please adjust accordingly to your own requirements.
***But seriously, I know of no house they don't get eaten in the first day or two tmrc_emoticons.D

Tip

Walnuts are optional, omit completely or swap for something else you like, it's so simple to create a flavor you like with these.
