Recipe's preparation

    Whole orange date cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven 180
    grease 12 muffin tin I used rose gold so no grease

    1 add dates and sugar blitz sp7/ 15 seconds
    set aside
    2 add oranges and chopped butter to jug and blitz 20secs/ sp 7
    3 scrape down add all other ingredients blend speed 4/rev/10 secs
    if not fully incorporated use spatula to mix put into the muffin tin I put almonds on top a a sprinkle of raw sugar bake 15-20
    the original recipe by monicalh made 18 but the big tin made 12 😃
