Apple and Sultana Porridge

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

  • 8 pieces raw almonds soaked overnight
  • 1 --- green apple
  • 80 grams rolled oats
  • 240 grams Milk
  • 180 grams water
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 40 grams sultanas
  • 1 tablespoon golden syrup (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Chop almonds 5 seconds/ speed 7. Set aside

    Add apple to TM bowl. Grate 10 seconds/ speed 8.

    Add oats, milk, water and brown sugar to apple in bowl. 8 minutes/ 90 degrees/ Counter-clockwise operation + speed 2.

    In last 2 minutes of cooking add sultanas.

    Drizzle with golden syrup

    Very sweet, but I did use a pink lady apple.  I didn't add the golden syrup either.

    YUM! Just made this for breakfast and it was delicious. Recipe doesn't say when to add almond meal but I just added it with sultanas. Will definitely make this again.  Big Smile
