- 2 apples, cored & chopped (can peel if you wish)
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 20 g sugar, (can leave this out to taste)
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- Combine all ingredients in TM bowl and cook 100 degrees speed 2 reverse for ~12 minutes
Great for topping waffles, pancakes, porridge etc
Will thicken slightly on standing
