Hi, this is an awesome recipe (thank you!). I tried and it failed the first time..

Quick question regarding the vanilla. Would I just be able to use honey only instead of both vanilla & maple syrup or other sweetener?

Also, a little confused on the dehydrator step. What would be the easiest way to keep warm for the total amount of hours? I tried to use my oven but struggled with my oven getting cold.. but perhaps I heated it wrongly.

Thanks so much for your help in advance.

I'm making this for the second time. My its lovely! I found it needed to be incubated in my easiyo for almost 2 days to get the sour/fermented taste. I did hear of others who after 12 hours (I think) the yoghurt was erupting. Maybe my Inner Health Plus capsules are old. But either way. THANKYOU!!!! This with chia seeds mixed through and some fruit on top is a very decadent breakfast for the week. Just a note: It would be great to have a weight for the cashews. I measured it to be about 150g but I guess it can vary slightly.

    Please note-----

i did mine in dehydrator it would appear you only need to let rest for 6-8 hour max covered if not using dehydrator
