Recipe's preparation
- Add onion in halves, carrot (2/3 cms), and celery.
Chop 3 secs speed 5
add 20 grams olive oil
Saute Time 3 mins, temp 120, speed 1 - Insert blade cover (if using)
Add chicken carcass ( broken up)
Add water
Add bay leaf
50min, 98 deg, speed stir, reverse
Drain with the simmering basket into jug and discard bones
