30 grams dried breadcrumbs
10 grams brown rice
1 tsp Salt Rocks
1 tsp Dried onion
1 tbsp dried garlic
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp Dried parsley
1/2 tsp Peppercorns
1 piece lime rind, Peeled off lime with peeler
4 chicken thighs, Sliced into strips

Recipe's preparation

Place all ingredients into bowl and mill for 1 minutes / speed 10

Toss Chicken Strips in coating and bake in preheated (180°C) oven for approx 15 minutes or until cooked.
