Ingredients

200 g

Condensed milk

  • 500g Milk, Full cream
  • 120g sugar, Rapadura or panella are fine too

Recipe's preparation

  1. Activate your scales and weigh the ingredients into your bowl.



    Set timer for 45minutes-100deg-speed4




    MC off, basket on.




    If at the end, it's too thin, add another 5 minutes cook time, if it's too thick add a little milk and whizz it a few more seconds.

    Thank you for this recipe, I have just whipped it up using lactose free milk and it's awesome. Next time I am going to try Almond milk. I am making a dairy free Jelly Slice tmrc_emoticons.)
