Ingredients

1 litre(s)

You will need:

  • 500 gram sweet corn kernels
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 50 gram flour
  • 250 gram Milk
  • 250 grams cream, thick and creamy
  • 30 gram sugar, option or to taste
  • 65 grams Parmesan cheese
  • --- salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley, optional
  • garlic, optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 250g corn, parmesan and garlic (if using), into bowl and with Measuring Cup in place blend for 15 seconds, speed 5

    Add butter, flour, milk, cream and sugar then cook for 7 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 4, with Measuring Cup in place.

    Add remainder of corn with the chopped parsley (optional), parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Switch to reverse mode; speed 3 until all blended with Measuring Cup in place.
