  • 30 g tapioca starch, (or arrowroot flour)

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    wrap batter
  1. Add all ingredients into mixing bowl Closed lid (be sure to add it beside the blade and not allow it to sit on top)
  2. mix for 30 seconds speed 5
  3. Cooking Wraps
  4. Heat a small non stick frypan over medium heat (use non stick spray if your pan isnt super non stick!)
  5. Pour a small amount of the batter into the pan and swirl pan untill it coats the bottom of the pan.
  6. cook untill its solid enough to turn over, then cook other side until just set.
    Continue untill all wraps are cooked (recipe makes 3) you can definelty triple this recipe (increase blend time though) and they last a few days in the fridge!
  7. fill and enjoy!
    I filled mine with sauteed vegetables and bacon and some chilli jam! (chopped zuchinni, onion, garlic, mushrooms, capsicum and cabbage for 3 seconds speed 5, added olive oil and sauteed for 10 minutes speed 3 120dgc)

    I made these today, it was quick and easy to make! I wont be spending my $$ on shop bought ones anymore! The savings on making these will be amazing!!! I might add some spices next time just for a change. Thanks for this!
