Healthy Nut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients

Balls

  • 60 g Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 100 g dates
  • 3 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter, (No sugar/Salt/Oil Added)
  • 20 g coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Desiccated Coconut, for rolling balls with

Recipe's preparation

    Protein Balls
  1. Add Protein Powder and Dates to Bowl. Mill 20 Sec, Speed 9

  2. Add Nut Butter and Coconut Oil. Mix 10-15 Sec, Speed 6

  3. Roll into balls with your hands and coat with dessicated coconut

  4. Refridgerate to set

  5. Enjoy

Tip

If your not parcial to dessicated coconut you can roll your balls on Cacoa, Chia Seeds, crushed nuts or just have them plain.

Ive also added 20g dried fruit to the mix in step one (cranberries, apricots & Pineapple)

    Awesome, amazing. I can't stop at one. But I know  nothing bad in them.

    I added cranberries in my second batch like you said super amazing.
