  • 20 grams almond butter, or nut butter of choice eg peanut
  • 1 heaped tsp chia seeds, optional
  • 1 level teaspoons Maple syrup, or sweeter of choice eg. honey

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add Banana to mix 4 seconds speed 5
    Add rolled oats
    Add milk
    Add nut butter
    add chia seeds and maple syup if using
    Cook 10 minutes, 90 degrees speed 1

    Serve with a splash of milk and enjoy
