I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- Add "Closed lid" 2litres of tap water.
- "Kettle" 75°C. MC on.
- Insert eggs into basket. Then insert basket into bowl. MC on.
"Sous-vide" 75°C 14mins - Remove basket carefully. Cool eggs down under tap water so eggs aren't too hot to hold. Crack over toast.

Tip
Play around with time. If eggs are large or you like them firmer then add an extra 20-60seconds cooking time. And if you prefer them runnier then cook for less time. I also use eggs from the fridge because that's where they are stored. Enjoy Brooke x

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
